Annual Budget Request Form

If you are a member of the Embassy Metro Detroit campus and oversee an area with operational expenses, please complete the Annual Budget Request Form. An Operational Expense is defined as an operating expense is an expense that a business incurs through its normal business operations. For example: drumsticks, office supplies, supplies for kids, etc.
